Most orders ship from our Riverside store, but certain larger equipment items may ship direct from the manufacturer or our other locations.
Same Day Shipping
99% of orders placed before 3pm (PST) ship same day from our warehouse in Riverside Please refer to the UPS map above for transit times. For dropship items, please allow a few extra days for orders to process prior to shipping.
- Order cancellation can only be made prior to shipment.
- Pre-burned screens are not eligible for cancellation
- Once shipment occurs, our return policy goes into effect.
- For orders that are cancelled in transit or delivery is refused, customer is responsible for all actual shipping and handling charges.
- All returns or exchanges are subject to approval.
- Larger equipment items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless received damaged or defective.
- Custom items such as pre-burned screens, film outputs and custom cut squeegees are also non-refundable and non-returnable.
- Returns are accepted within 7 days from receipt of merchandise.
- Restocking Fee

- Shipping and handling fees are not refundable unless the return / exchange is a result of our mistake.

STEP 2: Return Items to Rheeliable
Package the return item/s carefully with your RMA# written on the outside of the box. We are not responsible for any damages that may occur when the item/s are shipped back to us.
STEP 3: Refund or Replacement
We usually process and send replacement items within 3 business days from the day we receive your package. All replacements will be shipped Ground. Please allow 5-7 shipping days for delivery.
